Heirloom Homes wants to build your truly special home. Since this is the largest investment of your life, consider some of the following:

Most model homes have extras. What you see is not necessarily what you'll get when you purchase a similar home.

Pay close attention to allowances. Will there be enough money allowed for your selections. (light fixtures, flooring, cabinets. etc.)

An "All Inclusive" home package does not necessarily mean everything is included that you'll need for a complete home. Ask about laterals, driveway lengths, permits, and landscaping.

Compare quality! Most home buyers decide on price and later regret lower or poor quality craftsmanship. Ask about details like windows, internal mechanics (furnace, water heater, etc.) and building materials.
